Fume Exhaust Hoods

`ICT’ offers a wide range of FUME EXHAUST HOODS to suit every specific
application of the user. The hood is fabricated from Powder Coated
CRCA/Polished S.S./Laminated Water proof Ply & Block Board. The inner
walls of the working chamber is covered with epoxy coated asbestos or FRP or
HDPE lining or as required.
Vertical sliding Sash of shatter proof clear glass, operated through SS Guide
and cable having counter weight mechanism.
Working surface made of acid proof Glazed Tiles/Polished Granite. Fitted with
a small Sink along with necessary drainage arrangements, external Control
Valves to operate gas and water outlet within chamber. Fluorescent light
arrangement provided inside chamber for illumination.
The exhaust system consisting of a dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller,
made of PVC/FRP, directly coupled with a TEFC industrial motor and a DOL
starter. The displacement capacity of this system ranges from 500 CFM to 1250
CFM or above as it is proportional to the dimensions of the hood.
Fitted with Electrical Metal-clad Sockets, Internal light with Switches,
Indicating Lamps. Supplied with mains cord & plug to work on 220/230V, 50
Hz, AC Mains.
The standard Fume Hood is offered with its own floor standing Base Unit.
Storage compartment and drawers for gas cylinder and for other purposes may
be supplied (as optional).
Clean air Fume exhaust hoods are provided with suitable ducting of FRP or
PVC material with required diameter and length as per requirement.
